OKAY, now don't get your undies in a wad. I'm just kidding. You don't have to visit our YouTube page. But we'd really like you to. In fact, we'd LOVE for you to imbed those videos in your blogs or MySpace pages and e-mail links to your buddies. Heck, it's easier than falling off a turnip truck. (Too bad we don't have one of those. Crap.) Just like in the olden times when we were young filmmaking padawons, we still need the buzz that good ol' word of mouth can provide. Our YouTube page is called the "Zing Underground" and it's full of Zingy attractions both young and old. In addition to our movies and shorts from the early days of the website, you'll find new stuff every once in a while. Like our latest post: "Director of Ferrets." Some of you might remember that cooking show pilot Josh Williams and I worked on a couple years ago called "Cookin With Grandma". While we were building the set, Josh and Nicholas (our DP) began spewing nonsense at the behind-the-scenes camera. The rest is history.

In the near future we'll be doing a whole lot more with this website and we want to get you ready. Eventually, ChronicZing.com will have a whole new look and much tighter integration between sites like YouTube, Google Video, and those ever-popular blogging pages.

Stupid Idiot, a Chronic Zing golden oldie from 2001, is currently the most downloaded video at the Zing Underground with nearly 5,000 views in its first month!

Our vision is to create a website that's not only WAY more fun, but also much more interactive. It's that whole "web 2.0" thing. And since we were early adopters of that newfangled thing called "web-video" way-way back in the dial-up dark ages of 2001, we intend to keep up with the times.

So go ahead, take a break from that little inconvenience called "work" and watch a few silly, utterly pointless movies. And don't forget to share the videos with a few friends in an e-mail or the blog of your choice. After all, it's about FUN - right?
